For quite some time, the GPN Association has been collaborating with its instructors within Hospitality and Culinary Arts Schools under the Ministry of Education, University and Research. This collaboration takes place in State Vocational Institutes for Food, Wine, and Hospitality Services (I.P.S.S.E.O.A.), including the Secondary School “Raffaele Viviani,” within the programs “Viva Crea…ttività Viva” and “Scuola Viva.”

For training and development at the Castellammare di Stabia campus, the GPN Association has appointed as at the Castellamm instructor Master Pizzaiolo Francesco Conato, owner of Pizzeria Ò Maharaja in Sant’Antonio Abate (NA), Via Casa Aniello 129.
For the Agerola campus, the appointed GPN Master Instructor is Giuseppe Castellano, owner of Ristorante L’Incanto Furore in Furore (SA).
After three hours of theoretical instruction following the STC guidelines, the first practical lesson begins in the school’s professional laboratory. The program includes 8 lessons with 25 students at the main campus of the Viviani Hospitality Institute in Castellammare di Stabia, followed by three educational field trips to GPN partner companies:

The program concludes with a seminar dedicated to the Mediterranean Diet, connected to the culture of pizza.
GPN – Associazione Napoletana La Piccola Napoli will become a founding partner of a state hospitality school. Through its instructors—such as Francesco Conato and many others—the Association will train new generations of students in classrooms and professional laboratories, guiding them toward the profession of pizzaiolo.
